System Maintenance Program Includes
With our air conditioner and heating system maintenance program you get:
- Filters for one year (12 filters)
- 2 Maintenance tune-ups per year.
- 10% off on any repair with us
- 10% off in new unit install
- Agreement is transferable
During Your Tune-ups We:
- Check for correct amount of refrigerant
- Using leak detector, test for all line for leakage
- Inspect all fittings for signs of oil and/or leakage
- Perform a comprehensive cleaning of the condenser coils
- Inspect condenser coil
- Clean condenser coils and remove any debris
- Tighten and inspect of all the electrical components
- Safety Devices – inspect for proper operation
- Electrical Wiring – inspect electrical for exposed wiring
- Electrical Disconnect Box – inspect for up to code regulations and safe installation
- Test and inspect capacitors and contactors
- Inspection of the ductwork for possible energy loss
- Confirm proper return air and size
- Measure the supply and return air temperature differential
- Check for and seal any duct leakage in central systems
- Full Calibration of your thermostat
- Test for proper operation and calibrate/level if needed
